Information you choose to share
When you call or email us, we may receive your name, contact information, city or ZIP code, device details, and a description of the service you want. For confirmed work, we may also need your service address and information relevant to the agreed project.
The website’s email-preparation tool
The tool on our home page prepares an inquiry in your browser and opens your own email app when you choose that option. It does not submit an inquiry to a website database. We receive the message only if you send it through your email app. You can also call or email us directly.
Consultation bookings
Our booking links open Google Calendar. Google processes the booking details under its policies, and we receive the contact information and appointment details you submit so we can arrange and conduct your consultation. Please do not include passwords, access codes, or payment-card information in a booking.
How we use information
We use information you share to respond to your inquiry, review compatibility and scope, prepare a quote, coordinate appointments, deliver the agreed service, and handle service-related follow-up. Sending a service inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Email and telephone providers
We use Google Workspace for business email and Quo for our business phone service. These providers process communications as part of providing those services. Phone conversations may be recorded or handled by a virtual assistant; please ask us if you have questions about a particular call.
Website technology
This launch version does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Your own email and telephone services also process communications under their policies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers as needed to operate our services, or when required by law. We keep inquiry and service records for the purposes described here and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to discuss a record correction or deletion request.
Keep sensitive information out of inquiries
Please do not send passwords, verification codes, door codes, or payment-card information through this website’s email tool or ordinary email. If account access is needed for agreed work, we will discuss the appropriate process with you.
